Specialized autism Services for Children
At our Specialized Autism Services, we provide a compassionate, child-led autism therapy center designed to support emotional growth, communication, creativity, and social connection. Our approach is non-ABA, relationship-based, and deeply respectful of each child’s unique nervous system, experiences, and strengths.
We believe children with autism deserve therapy that feels safe, engaging, and empowering—not rigid or compliance-focused. That’s why our programs center around music therapy, art therapy, play therapy, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and social skills learning, helping children grow in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them.

Play Therapy
Play is a child’s natural language. Through play therapy, children with autism learn to explore emotions, practice social skills, and process experiences in a safe, supportive way.
Play therapy helps with:
Emotional regulation
Problem-solving skills
Imaginative thinking
Social interaction
Building trust and confidence
Our therapists follow the child’s lead, allowing authentic learning and connection to unfold naturally.
Art Therapy
Art therapy provides children with a safe, nonverbal way to express feelings, process experiences, and build confidence.
Art therapy benefits include:
Emotional expression and self-awareness
Stress and anxiety reduction
Improved focus and self-esteem
Trauma processing through creativity
Sensory-friendly engagement
There is no “right” or “wrong” in art therapy—only exploration, expression, and growth.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT is adapted to support children with autism in understanding emotions, thoughts, and behaviors—especially those experiencing anxiety, frustration, or negative self-talk.
CBT supports:
Emotional awareness
Coping strategies
Anxiety reduction
Flexibility in thinking
Problem-solving skills
Our CBT approach is developmentally appropriate, visual, and paced to the child’s needs.
