Mindfulness

Teaching emotional awareness and well-being. Children develop strategies for self-control and self-regulation. They also learn communication skills while building confidence and self-esteem.

Movement &  Sensory Integration

Children benefit from activities that cause movement and sensory experiences. For this, we use swings, trampolines, seesaws, and rocking toys to help them stay active during therapy.

Integrated Listening System (ILS)

Developed over a 20 year period by neuropsychiatrist, Dr. Ron Minson, MD, a pioneer and leading expert in the use of engineered music for improving mental performance and treating a variety of brain-based disorders.

VR (Virtual Reality)

Using Psious virtual reality therapy platform to create adaptive environments that are used as a therapeutic tool. With this we are able to simulate real-life events and work on your child’s ability to handle them without having to wait for it to come up in real life.

  • Coaching

A program of 4 x 45-minute sessions either on their own or in a group. In these sessions, we lay the foundation for becoming the leaders of their life. Our emphasis is on mindset work where we coach them through the use of games, activities, crafts, and lots of fun play. Strategies

  • Counselling

We provide counseling services to help families deal with the struggles and challenges that they are facing in their current situation.

  • Educational Advocacy

We observe the child in school and at home for 3 hours. Once we understand the situation, we give recommendations to the teachers, school and parents. Ideal for children who have an IEP already, or need extra support at school.

Therapy $260 +HST OAP approved  assessment 375$ Home Therapy 375+HST + travel cost and time (7$ per minutes of travel.Phone or Zoom meeting 200$ per hour or half
